Kings Financial are proud to financially support Happy Hill Essex to help families with SEND children and finding them clubs to cater for their varying disabilities and behaviour. This charity is close to our heart with our very own Stephen King experiencing the same parenting journey with his son.

Happy Hill Essex is founded by Heather Hill whose background is working with vulnerable people. Through her life journey, Heather became a parent of special needs children over 21 years old.

During this journey, she has had the pleasure of meeting many parents who encountered the same trials and tribulations as herself. One thing they all had in common was the difficulty in finding clubs the children could access which met the child’s and family’s needs. Parents with multiple SEND children could not find any service that would cater for them together due to variations in age, disabilities, behaviours, and or because the club did not have specialist staff to deal with challenging behaviour.
